1And he said to them, “Truly, I say to you, there are some standing here who will not taste death until they see the kingdom of God after it has come with power.”

"The kingdom of God is coming with great power" means that the Lord Jesus was crucified, resurrected on the third day after his death, and ascended to the glory of God the Father and came down to fill his disciples with the Holy Spirit. The "Kingdom of God" is not a physical kingdom that can be felt by the flesh, but the body of the Lord Jesus Christ himself. Entering the "Kingdom of God" is the union of the Lord Jesus Christ with our spirit.
The "death" here refers to the first physical death.
The Lord Jesus said to his disciples: Some of you standing here today will see and witness the powerful and glorious body of the Lord Jesus Christ united with you in one body before the first physical death (except Judas Iscariot who betrayed the Lord)!

a,律法和先知都指向主耶稣,显明主耶稣是律法的最后成全者和所有先知预言的实现者,主自己就是大先知;
b,主耶稣现在所做的,就是带领全天下那些父神在创世之初拣选的尚且活在罪里的儿女,脱离罪的奴役束缚,奔赴全新的天地,全新的耶路撒冷。主就是万王之王;

The Transfiguration
2And after six days Jesus took with him Peter and James and John, and led them up a high mountain by themselves. And he was transfigured before them,
3and his clothes became radiant, intensely white, as no one on earth could bleach them.
4And there appeared to them Elijah with Moses, and they were talking with Jesus.
5And Peter said to Jesus, “Rabbi, it is good that we are here. Let us make three tents, one for you and one for Moses and one for Elijah.”
6For he did not know what to say, for they were terrified.
7And a cloud overshadowed them, and a voice came out of the cloud, “This is my beloved Son; listen to him.”
8And suddenly, looking around, they no longer saw anyone with them but Jesus only.
9And as they were coming down the mountain, he charged them to tell no one what they had seen, until the Son of Man had risen from the dead.
10So they kept the matter to themselves, questioning what this rising from the dead might mean.
11And they asked him, “Why do the scribes say that first Elijah must come?”
12And he said to them, “Elijah does come first to restore all things. And how is it written of the Son of Man that he should suffer many things and be treated with contempt?
13But I tell you that Elijah has come, and they did to him whatever they pleased, as it is written of him.”
——————————
       (2) God created heaven/earth/man in six days, and enjoyed rest on the seventh day. The Lord Jesus ascended the high mountain here to rest in God the Father. He took Peter, James and John with him, which was both a witness and a practice. At the same time, it also foreshadows: "If we suffer with him, we will also be glorified with him." ( Romans 8:17)
(3) The transformation of the Lord Jesus shows the true identity of the Lord Jesus: he is both a perfect man and a perfect God. His clothes are white and glowing, which is a symbol of holiness and glory, and shows that the Lord Jesus has the glory that transcends all worlds.
(4) Elijah represents the prophet of the Old Testament; Moses represents the law, and he is also the actual leader (king) who led Israel out of Pharaoh's slavery and went out of Egypt to the promised land of God. The Lord Jesus appeared with them at the same time, containing the following spiritual prophecy:
A. Both the law and the prophet point to the Lord Jesus, showing that the Lord Jesus is the final fulfiller of the law and the fulfiller of all the prophets' prophecies, and the Lord himself is the great prophet;
B, What Jesus is doing now is leading all the children of the world who are still living in sin, chosen by God the Father at the beginning of the world, out of the slavery and bondage of sin to a new heaven and a new earth, a new Jerusalem. The Lord is the King of kings;
C, the prophet Elijah is the winner who was alive and taken up to heaven. Moses is the winner of the resurrection from the dead. Only the victor can be with the Lord Jesus Christ.
(5-6) Peter's words "Build three tents" come from the natural flesh and have no spiritual revelation. The Israelites were familiar with Moses and Elijah. Peter compared the Lord Jesus to the two of them, which showed that he did not really understand the essence of the Lord Jesus Christ and the glory of the Son of God. Moreover, Peter's sentence "It's so good here" reflects that we always yearn for the glory of heaven, but underestimate the practice of the cross in the spiritual journey.
(7-8) The words of God the Father: "This is my beloved son, and you should listen to him." The first half of this sentence is not only a clear declaration of the identity of Jesus, but also an order to the world. It is said that people should believe that Jesus is the only Son of God. He came incarnate among us, made a sin offering for us with His holy body, covered up our sins with His precious blood, and was resurrected on the third day of the crucifixion as the only intermediary between God and us. We believers can only reach the Father with the Lord Jesus Christ as the center, Him as the way, the truth and the life!
(9-10) The death of the Son of Man is the core of God the Father's plan of salvation. At this time, the mission of the Lord Jesus has not been fully revealed. Your disciples haven't seen it clearly, so don't tell others.
"Resurrection after death" is a mystery, which cannot be revealed unless it is full of the Holy Spirit.
(11-13) The basis of the scribe's words comes from Maraki 4:5: "Behold, before the great and terrible day of the Lord comes, I will send the prophet Elijah to you."
The words of the Lord Jesus affirm the record in the scriptures that Elijah's preparation is needed before the coming of the Messiah. At the same time, the Lord Jesus reminded his disciples again that the arrival of the Messiah will not wear the vanity of all the outside worlds as expected, but according to the plan of God the Father, through being underestimated, humiliated, crucified, and then resurrected on the third day to gain the glory of God the Father.
We must truly understand the meaning of "revival of all things": revival is not the change of the external political system, not the debate between "democracy" and "autocracy", but the path of repenting and returning their hearts to God to follow Christ.
The Lord Jesus clearly told his disciples that Elijah had come, and John the Baptist was Elijah, who was sent by God to prepare the way for the Messiah (the Lord Jesus Christ). John the Baptist was "treated arbitrarily, just as the scriptures referred to him," indicating that all this had long been foreshadowed in the Old Testament.
Elijah was persecuted and hunted down by King Ahab and Jezeber; John the Baptist was imprisoned and killed by King Herod and Herodias.

Jesus Heals a Boy with an Unclean Spirit
14And when they came to the disciples, they saw a great crowd around them, and scribes arguing with them.
15And immediately all the crowd, when they saw him, were greatly amazed and ran up to him and greeted him.
16And he asked them, “What are you arguing about with them?”
17And someone from the crowd answered him, “Teacher, I brought my son to you, for he has a spirit that makes him mute.
18And whenever it seizes him, it throws him down, and he foams and grinds his teeth and becomes rigid. So I asked your disciples to cast it out, and they were not able.”
19And he answered them, “O faithless generation, how long am I to be with you? How long am I to bear with you? Bring him to me.”
20And they brought the boy to him. And when the spirit saw him, immediately it convulsed the boy, and he fell on the ground and rolled about, foaming at the mouth.
21And Jesus asked his father, “How long has this been happening to him?” And he said, “From childhood.
22And it has often cast him into fire and into water, to destroy him. But if you can do anything, have compassion on us and help us.”
23And Jesus said to him, “‘If you can’! All things are possible for one who believes.”
24Immediately the father of the child cried out and said, “I believe; help my unbelief!”
25And when Jesus saw that a crowd came running together, he rebuked the unclean spirit, saying to it, “You mute and deaf spirit, I command you, come out of him and never enter him again.”
26And after crying out and convulsing him terribly, it came out, and the boy was like a corpse, so that most of them said, “He is dead.”
27But Jesus took him by the hand and lifted him up, and he arose.
28And when he had entered the house, his disciples asked him privately, “Why could we not cast it out?”
29And he said to them, “This kind cannot be driven out by anything but prayer.”
——————————
(16) What do you (the sclebers) argue with them (the other disciples of Jesus)?
(17) Dumb ghost: a ghost who makes people dumb and unable to speak normally. The fleshy father can't give us spiritual help.
(18) The purpose of ghosts is to make people control people: they fall, their mouths are empty, they have no hatred and love, and their bodies are dry and empty without living water. Disciples can't drive away ghosts. In fact, it is when Christ is not united with them, disciples are not filled with the Holy Spirit, and disciples do not have the power and ability to drive away ghosts.

Jesus Again Foretells Death, Resurrection
30They went on from there and passed through Galilee. And he did not want anyone to know,
31for he was teaching his disciples, saying to them, “The Son of Man is going to be delivered into the hands of men, and they will kill him. And when he is killed, after three days he will rise.”
32But they did not understand the saying, and were afraid to ask him.
Who Is the Greatest?
33And they came to Capernaum. And when he was in the house he asked them, “What were you discussing on the way?”
34But they kept silent, for on the way they had argued with one another about who was the greatest.
35And he sat down and called the twelve. And he said to them, “If anyone would be first, he must be last of all and servant of all.”
36And he took a child and put him in the midst of them, and taking him in his arms, he said to them,
37“Whoever receives one such child in my name receives me, and whoever receives me, receives not me but him who sent me.”
Anyone Not Against Us Is for Us
38John said to him, “Teacher, we saw someone casting out demons in your name, and we tried to stop him, because he was not following us.”
39But Jesus said, “Do not stop him, for no one who does a mighty work in my name will be able soon afterward to speak evil of me.
40For the one who is not against us is for us.
41For truly, I say to you, whoever gives you a cup of water to drink because you belong to Christ will by no means lose his reward.
43倘若你一只手叫你跌倒,就把它砍下来;
45倘若你一只脚叫你跌倒,就把它砍下来;
Temptations to Sin
42“Whoever causes one of these little ones who believe in me to sin, it would be better for him if a great millstone were hung around his neck and he were thrown into the sea.
43And if your hand causes you to sin, cut it off. 44It is better for you to enter life crippled than with two hands to go to hell,to the unquenchable fire.
45And if your foot causes you to sin, cut it off. 46It is better for you to enter life lame than with two feet to be thrown into hell.
47And if your eye causes you to sin, tear it out. It is better for you to enter the kingdom of God with one eye than with two eyes to be thrown into hell,
48‘where their worm does not die and the fire is not quenched.’
49For everyone will be salted with fire.
50Salt is good, but if the salt has lost its saltiness, how will you make it salty again? Have salt in yourselves, and be at peace with one another.”
